Fertilizer, chemical and fuel costs keep climbing, and more farmers are asking a different question: not just “how much can we grow?” but “how much net profit can we make on every acre?”
Less than 3% of typical farm inputs do anything to actually improve native soil. Many tillage practices, chemicals and fertilizers work against it, and years of the same routine leave ground biologically depleted, with nutrients tied up and out of reach.
Since everything you apply has to go through a biological process to work, it makes sense to include an input that maximizes that biology. Chemicals and fertilizers always work better on a healthy biological foundation, and that foundation is what unlocks the huge store of nutrients already in your ground.
